Homemade Bread

I tried my hand at homemade bread again and it turned out so so. I'll be trying it again and seeing if I can do any better. It just wasn't fluffy enough. Lexa liked it though.

Well, someone likes my bread...

I love baking bread at home! It does take some practice till you can get it just right. One thing I have learned though...use bread flour, not all-purpose flour. It really does make a difference and makes the bread more reminiscent of bread made professionally.

I have a recipe for the best rolls in the world, and it's a pretty easy recipe. If you'd like it, just email me and I'll send it to you.
