Those little plastic baby food containers make great 100 calorie packages. 20 almonds = 100 calories, 12 TLC crackers = 100 calories. I've been trying very hard to eat 5 small meals a day. Portion control is my biggest problem, so quantifying my small meal is important. Snacking is my 2nd biggest problem. When I think of a diet tip for that one I'll let you know.
